Mitchell Contractors, LLC dba MTI Construction was established in 2008 for the sole purpose of building, establishing and growing our California company across state lines.  Our California company, Mitchell General Contractors, Inc., found there was a strong need for our services in Arizona as well, and after the recession in 2008 and with many of our colleagues closing their doors, we found that several of our top franchisee clients were looking for a reliable commercial contractor outside of California  They knew of our reliability and reputation.  We had survived the recession and were known as a high-quality contractor within the industry and with our clients.  It was an easy decision.  MTI Construction was born.  We broke ground on our first store in March 2008 and haven’t looked back.
